Clean hotel and attentive staff. A 10 minute walk to the old town.

Rules about smoking, have to smoke on carpark…not allowed to smoke on own private balcony. Having to cross a busy road for all dining including breakfast. The pool area is lovely but too much shade as enclosed.

I can say so many beautiful things about this hotel and the wonderful staff. They were so helpful. They went above and beyond in every capacity to assist us. We had a wonderful stay. The facility is beautiful.

The only thing that was disappointing was that some of the pools that seemed available to us we¿re not unless we paid an extra fee to use the spa which seemed misleading.

Excellent service, good location, great rooms (spacious, clean). Spa is excellent as well.

Mosquitoes- I understand it's hard to get rid of them and not sure what can be done to prevent it since the property is pretty open-air, but they got into the rooms.

disingenuous front staff

We booked for twin beds as noted on the internet page. When we arrived the hotel told us they have King size bed even though the booking said it was twin beds.

Lovely staff, great location- short walk into town or grab $2! Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection and coffee!!

Pool and spa tiles had scum on them. You had to cross a busy road for breakfast. Everything else was great.

Breakfast was okay, great coffee-you could order it in 3 different roasts-great juices and fruits, sparse "western" options, but overall pretty good.

RarinJinda Spa in Chiang Mai was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the service was warm, attentive, and truly top-notch. The spa room was spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable — it felt like a true escape from the city.Breakfast at Deck One was over the top and such a highlight of our stay. Beautiful setting, delicious food, and excellent service. Gym is absolutely not take care, old and poor. Breakfast was very bad..

We found it to be extremely comfortable and relaxing,We used the gym, hydrotherapy pool and hot baths almost every day! The design and decoration are exceptional. The staff provided everything, working very hard cleaning and assisting guests night and day.

It was in a good location. Very clean and nice.

When I asked the staff to fix the tub stopper they didn’t send anyone. So I couldn’t take a bath. Which is why I picked this place in the first place.

Love the area more than the two other properties we stayed at while in Chiang Mai for a week. The Riverside neighborhood is where you want to be. It’s quiet and can have you in the night market in five minutes or the old quarter in 15.. still great walkable bars and restaurants and the spa is top-notch. The included breakfast is the best we had in Chiang Mai

The room is spacious and the balcony has a huge bed for us to lie down. The bed is also huge and comfortable. Just love our room.The staff are also very friendly and helpful. They are kind and relax. We never felt being rushed.

To have a thin blanket for us to cover when lying down inside the room or on the balcony. But it is just a very small detail.

We took the suit for our honeymoon. The room was big and nice, the breakfast was good.

The price was high, and we wanted to be at the spa facility but it wasn't included with the high price. So we wanted to pay for a spa day at the hot pool and sauna but it was by hour so that's very problematic for us. Also they tell you at the spa that you have a 20% discount as guest at the hotel but then charge 17% so the discount is not there.Disappointed with that. The spa overpriced.

Like the breakfast provided across the street with great views to the river. Personnel was very helpful. Nice ambiance of tranquility in the hotel. The pool area and gardens are really nice.

The spa is being managed as another business. They charge you for all the services, including the covered and heated pool.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They always tried to be as accommodating as possible. Also, it was my mums birthday and when they knew, they sent over a surprise piece of cake. That was nice.Also, love the breakfast!!

The towels strangely were not absorbent. They also felt damp. Maybe it’s the humidity?
